Loft King was started by George Kain, a Kiwi builder who moved to London in 2003. Loft King commenced trading in 2004 as a partnership and became a limited company in April 2007. The company now completes around 40 lofts a year with George carrying out the pricing and project management of every job. Loft King will act as your project manager for the loft with specialist contractors carrying out all the specialty trades.
