Maida Vale

This particular loft was completed in July 2008 and is a front and rear mansard dormer to a three storied mansion block in Maida Vale. A front and rear mansard loft conversion is the best way to maximise the available space within a loft conversion though it should be noted that it is applicable to only a limited type of property.

The building was of very large proportions and our loft conversion design incorporated an open plan kitchen and living room, a large double bedroom with ensuite and a bathroom. The loft conversion was completed to a very high specification and is one of our favourite results to date.

Given its huge size and demanding specification this project took over four months to complete. The construction of the loft extension threw endless challenges at us but our being loft conversion specialists ensured we were able to overcome the many issues which included site access, keeping the building weather tight and of course maintaining good relations with the many neighbours who were affected by the project.
