We are George Kain and Sam Cross, two Kiwi builders, who have both lived in London for about five years now. We started Loft King back in 2004 as freelance subcontractors to a number of the established loft conversion companies offering quick builds at competitive prices. Since then we have grown into a company providing comprehensive loft conversion packages to householders and now complete in excess of 30 loft conversions in London each year. From architectural drawings right through to construction we offer an end to end solution as well as anything in between.
We believe in an upfront and honest approach to building and are proud of our constant success and continued growth as a company.

We combine a strong support service with vetted tradesmen to create reliable and motivated teams. Our in house architects are loft experts and are continually up to date with the ever changing regulations regarding loft conversions. We use modern building techniques and you can count on our experience and expertise to know how to best create that extra room in your home with minimal disturbance to you and your family.
